Guatemala Pan Am
Flattop Coffee RoasteryCupping Notes: Chocolate, Kraft Caramel, Creme Brûlée
This Guatemala is a blend of beans from two farms on the Pan-American highway in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala (San Pedro Necta and San Isidro). These beans were grown at higher elevation than the bigger farms in this region and are producing a superior quality coffee. Look for fragrence and aromas of floral sugar notes, kraft caramel, and creme brûlée. In the cup, we're getting unrefined sugards, and baking spices in addition to the aromas mentioned ealier. Great for chemex, pour-over, french press, and Aeropress.
