This outstanding Colombian coffee offers a fantastic single-origin brew that truly stands on its own. This lot offers cinnamon stick and spiced cocoa fragrance followed by caramel sauce aromas. This is a big bodied cup with some fruit brightness and a wonderful sweet / acidic balance. Great as a pour-over, traditional cup, or single-origin espresso.
This lot came from Don Campo's 4 hectare farm in the land of Vereda La Milagros. Don has 13,000 Caturra trees that he harvest from almost year round. This is among the best single-origin Columbian coffees of the year.

Roasting and Shipping Schedule
This coffee is roasted and shipped every Monday. We ship all coffees via 2-Day shipping so that it will arrive to you as the coffee is entering the peak of it's flavor profile. Most coffees taste somewhat flat for the first 24 - 48 hours after the roast. During this phase, our coffee is in transit to you. By the time you receive it, it should be entering the peak consumption time that will last around 10 - 14 days.
