Ethiopia Gedeb BoysenFlattop Coffee Roastery
Cupping Notes: Smooth milk chocolate, boysenberry, sweet
This coffee was grown in the Gedeb district in south Yirga Cheffe. This is a grade 1 dry processed bean from a select sub-segment of a larger collective of 700 small farms. The bean offers intoxicating aromas of caramel, boysenberry, and a hint of blueberry. In the cup, there are strong notes of both milk chocolate and dark chocolate with berry jam notes. Makes for a very enjoyable pour-over as well as an intense single-origin espresso.
