Guatemala Nectar MoralesFlattop Coffee Roastery
Cupping Notes: Chocolate, Caramel, Grape, Blackberry, Tart Fruit & Lemon Zest Finish
This lot of coffee was grown by the Morales family and processed in their mill in the San Pedro Necta Highlands. This is a wonderful Guatemala that features an aroma of chocolate, caramel, grape, and blackberry. The flavor offers a remarkable sweetness complimented by chocolate and fruit juice followed by a tart fruit and lemon zest citrus finish. Very nice in a pourover, and also makes a fantastic single-origin espresso.
