Guatemala Recinos ParadiseFlattop Coffee Roastery
Cupping Notes: Milk Chocolate Aroma, Dark Chocolate Flavor, Nougat, Raspberry, Asian Pear, Floral, Tart Dark Fruit Aftertaste
This is a truly exquisite Guatemalan coffee. This coffee was grown on the Recinos family farm in a region of Guatemala known as El Paraiso (Paradise). This is an aptly named lush and beautiful region of Guatemala. These beans are part of a small 1300 lb lot and have been hand processed by the Recinos Family. The cup's aroma offers bold milk chocolate and nugat notes that transform into a buttery sweet floral raspberry on the pallet along with asian pear and dark chocolate themes. Great as a pour-over or single-origin espresso.
